Our Methods

The right tool for every
pigeon situation

Not every pigeon problem is the same. We bring a full toolkit of humane control methods and assess each property individually to determine the most effective approach, or combination of approaches, for your specific situation.

Flagship Method
Birds of Prey Abatement
Our signature service, and the most effective long-term pigeon control solution available. We deploy trained Raptors to establish natural predator presence on your property. Unlike with artificial deterrents, Pigeons are hardwired to flee from raptors. No permanent hardware installed. No chemicals used. No recurring failure.
  • Trained Harris Hawks deployed on scheduled visits
  • Establishes permanent predator territory
  • Operated by a licensed Master Falconer
  • No property modification required
  • Fully humane
  • Compliant with all TX & federal wildlife regulations
Supporting Method — 01
Non-Poison Live Trapping
For properties with high pigeon populations that require immediate population reduction, we deploy non-poison live traps that capture pigeons humanely without the use of any toxic substances. Live trapping is especially effective in conjunction with birds of prey, dramatically reducing flock size and accelerating lasting results.
Supporting Method — 02
Hand Netting
Hand netting allows for direct, targeted removal of pigeons from specific locations, particularly useful in confined spaces, interior areas, or situations where birds have roosted in hard-to-reach areas not easily addressed by other methods.
The Problem

Pigeons cause more damage than most Fort Worth property owners realize

In Fort Worth, pigeons are one of the most costly nuisance birds for commercial and industrial property owners. Their droppings are highly acidic, their nesting habits are persistent, and the liability they create is real and ongoing.

  • Droppings accelerate corrosion of HVAC units, solar panels, and metal structures
  • Accumulation on walkways creates serious slip-and-fall liability
  • Nesting materials clog gutters, drains, and ventilation systems
  • Pigeon droppings are associated with over 60 known diseases
  • Presence drives away customers, tenants, and visitors
  • Traditional deterrents like spikes and netting fail within 1–3 years

Who We Serve

Pigeon control for every
Fort Worth property type

From downtown Fort Worth commercial blocks to Tarrant County industrial corridors, we solve pigeon problems across every property type and scale, using whichever combination of methods delivers the best result for your facility.

01 — Commercial Properties
Retail & Office Buildings
Pigeons nesting on ledges, signage, and rooftops create a poor first impression and real liability. We assess whether live trapping, birds of prey, or a combination approach delivers the fastest, most lasting results for your building.

02 — Industrial & Warehouse
Warehouses & Distribution
Fort Worth's logistics and industrial sector faces significant pigeon pressure. High rooflines, open loading docks, and flat roofs are prime nesting habitat. We often combine initial population reduction via live trapping with ongoing birds of prey deterrence for complete control.

Why North Texas Falconry

A complete pigeon control solution, not just one trick

Most pigeon control companies offer one method. We offer three — and the expertise to know which one, or which combination, actually solves your problem. Our birds of prey program remains our most powerful tool, but we never force a single solution onto every situation.

  • 01 Multi-method expertise
Live trapping, hand netting, and birds of prey, we assess your property and recommend the right approach, not the easiest one to sell.
  • 02 Master Falconer on every job
Ryan Corlew holds a Master Falconer license — the highest credential in the field. Every engagement is led by a true expert, not a technician following a script.
  • 03 Zero poisons on any method
None of our three methods use toxic substances of any kind, protecting your property, your tenants, and the surrounding environment.
  • 04 Long-term results focused
We don't just treat the symptom. Our goal on every engagement is permanent pigeon displacement, not a recurring service contract that never actually solves the problem.

Common Questions

Pigeon control questions,
answered honestly

What pigeon control methods do you use?
We use three main, humane methods: non-poison live trapping, hand netting, and trained birds of prey. Our birds of prey program is our flagship and most effective long-term solution, but we assess each property individually and recommend the right approach, or combination, for your specific situation. No poisons or harmful chemicals are used in any of our methods.
How do you decide which method to use on my property?
During your free property assessment, we evaluate the size of the pigeon population, where they are roosting, the type of property, and any access constraints. For large populations, we often start with a combination of live trapping and birds of prey to reduce numbers before transitioning to traps being the leading tool supported by birds of prey as needed. For confined or interior infestations, hand netting may be the most practical first step. We explain our reasoning clearly in the proposal.
Why are birds of prey your flagship method?
Birds of prey work because they go where other methods can’t. Trained raptors operate in the same airspace as pigeons, reaching rooftops, ledges, and hidden areas beyond the reach of traditional deterrents. By applying natural predator pressure, this method provides a humane, environmentally responsible solution to a behavior-driven problem—without chemicals or installation.
Are your methods legal in Fort Worth and Texas?
Yes. All of our methods are fully legal and compliant with Texas Parks & Wildlife and federal regulations. We handle all regulatory requirements, nothing is required on your end.
How quickly will I see results?
Results depend on the method used and the severity of the infestation. Changes within the first week are not uncommon, with continued displacement typically occurring over time. We will give you a realistic timeline in your property assessment.
What does pigeon control cost in Fort Worth?
Pricing depends on property size, the method or methods required, and the severity of the pigeon problem. We provide a detailed, transparent proposal after the free assessment with no hidden fees. Most clients find our total cost comparable to or lower than hardware-based solutions when you factor in the absence of ongoing installation, maintenance, and replacement expenses.
